A little while ago we wrote about Bob, the pointer with Ataxia. We think he contracted Parvo virus as a pup. Ataxia meant he couldn’t control his limbs.
Mark carried him into the refuge , and we wondered how we were going to rehabilitate him. Months of treatment with acupuncture and complimentary medicine, by Flor , the vet in Costa del Silencio , saw Bob gradually regaining his strength.
The rest is history , Bob went into foster care , and the lady found him a permanent home with a family in the north of the Island.
He still gets a little wobbly at times , looking at the video the improvement is just amazing.
