Lola and Paco are small podencos who came to the refuge in very poor condition. They only ever knew life in a shed , they never left it. Kept in the dark and fed occasionally , they arrived with poor skin and underweight.
Initially they were nervous around people , as they had little human contact, our aim was to get them back to full health, and socialise them.
They have both put on weight now and are very sociable with people and other dogs. Both are still a little nervous on the lead, because they have no idea about the outside world. That will change in time.
Sweet little dogs now ready for their forever home.
