History: An emergency call out resulted in this little girl being rescued, by our president, from a sinking platform in the middle of a water tank. She arrived scared and hungry.
About: Penny took a week or two to settle , but soon realised that love, care and attention , is rather nice .
She has a shy, but not nervous, loving and playful character.
Penny loves her walks, and walks well on the lead, always enjoying her time out of the kennel.
