Cartouche, { peter} was one of those dogs that always seemed to get bullied , despite our best efforts to address the situation.
We always had concerns for him, such a sweet natured boy, who wouldn’t stick up for himself. Then along came his new family, whose life is spent mainly at sea, he is not sure what to make of the dolphins, but we are sure he is living his best life.
