On Saturday, Princessa was given a bath, ready to be collected by her forever family.
It was extremely emotional for us all to see our big girl going, and tears of happiness were shed!
We have had feedback on her first night away from the refuge. She woke up her new parents at 3am, but only because she wanted to be in the same room as her new brother, Einstein.
As soon as she had snuggled up to him, not a peep was heard from her for the rest of the night!
After the trauma of her beloved companion, Duque, dying tragically on New Year’s Eve, we couldn’t have wished for a happier ending.
Soon to move to Kenya, we wish you, our beautiful big girl, the most amazing life ahead!
