When Lola the Beagle arrived at the refuge, she was so depressed. She just lay on the floor, and wasn’t interested in anything going on around her. It was a very sad sight indeed, and we all felt so sorry for her.
What we didn’t expect was that a lady, who had recently lost her beloved Beagle, Matilda, had seen her arriving. She just knew she had to adopt her, and they are now happily getting to know each other.
Dogs’ lives can be turned round in an instant, and Lola’s story proves this. We couldn’t be happier!
