History: Toby came to the shelter from a family who were not allowed to keep him, because of landlord issues.
About: Toby really is as cute as he looks. He has a very nice nature , friendly and outgoing.
A little wary of men in the beginning , settling well with no further issues.
He shares his kennel quite happily, soon making friends with any new kennel mates. He loves to go out , meeting and greeting everyone on his way. He would make a great family or companion dog.
