Great fun and a very chilled out fundraiser at the shelter today (24/2/19),…maybe its the presence of the dogs. They were all competing for attention, especially from the children. Some really good entertainment from our Spanish hosts, great food and hospitality. I am especially pleased the volunteers that work in the charity shop and some customers had a chance to visit the dogs and see what their hard work and donations are achieving.
This years goal is to build a water area (swimming pool may be too grand a word) for the dogs as the summer months are soooo hot and hard on the dogs, the ability to splash about would make such a difference to them.
