When 8 puppies were found in a bin, the only question on everyone’s lips was why ? Why put puppies in a bin to die a slow death if not found, or alternatively be crushed. It’s beyond our understanding.
They are safe now , and have been collected and in foster care.
There is never any reason to do this . If you are struggling, contact one of the many refuges . Cruelty is not an option.
