Bau came to us from a family who, heartbreakingly, could no longer care for him after losing their home. He arrived with two other dogs, scared, confused, and understandably withdrawn. At first, Bau appeared anti-social and unsure of his new surroundings.
With time, patience, and plenty of gentle encouragement, Bau began to come out of his shell. He’s now a real cuddle bug who adores affection and has grown to love the attention he receives. While he can be a little wary and reserved when meeting new people, this quickly fades as he begins to feel safe. Once he knows you, he’s loyal and loving, always ready for a snuggle.
Bau enjoys his daily walks and is calm and unconcerned by other dogs he encounters along the way. He’s looking for a calm, understanding home where he can continue to thrive and feel secure.
