Kira was brought to us unwanted by her owner in September last year, along with her 11 tiny puppies. Unsure of this new world she had suddenly found herself in, with her tail between her legs, she was gently taken to her kennel with her newborn litter.
Once her puppies were old enough and had all found loving homes, we sent Kira’s photos to our partners in Germany. As the days passed and she realised she was safe, loved and cared for, Kira began to grow in confidence.
It wasn’t long before she caught the eye of a wonderful family who was interested in giving her the life she truly deserved. After all her health checks were completed, Kira flew to Germany on Friday, where she was greeted by her forever family.
The final, warm chapter of her life is now beginning — within a family who will never cast her aside or make her feel unwanted again. A true happy ending for a big, beautiful girl.
