Having spent his life on a chain, he arrived at Live PAWS, hungry and dirty. Covered in fleas, and with fly bitten ears, it was a very sad sight .
Negrin is 10 years old and this is all he has ever known. Now having been restored to health he is off to spend his remaining years in the comfort of his own home.
