Three years ago, Shiva was found tied to a lamppost and brought to Live PAWS. No owner ever came forward, so she stayed with us… and stole all of our hearts.
Not long after arriving, we noticed a glaze over one of her eyes. A vet visit confirmed there was pressure behind the eye, and the best course of action was removal. But Shiva didn’t let that stop her she’s faced every obstacle with strength and grace.
Today, we’re overjoyed to share that Shiva has finally found her forever home! Two of our regular dog walkers recently bought a finca, and there was only ever one choice for them… it had to be Shiva.It’s an emotional day for all of us, she’s been part of the refuge for so long, and now she’s off to live the life she truly deserves. We know she’s in amazing hands, and we can’t wait to see the update pics!
